- In 2008, we left our subdivision and moved to the woods. We traded the minivan for a 4WD, public school for homeschool, and we got a garden and some chickens along the way.
- In 2009 we started selling at the Farmers Market, and I got interested in eating locally, and living more sustainably.
- For 2010 we've added : 4-H, LOTS of Gymnastics, FCE, Supporting our local Senior Center, I launched a new website (EatLocalTN.com), and I got a part-time/ full time job as Preschool Director at Tumble U Gymnastics. Mr. I's THIRD job got so busy he had to give back the second one.
My Story
I'm a not-quite-stay-at-home mom with 3 girls, Peanut, Curly Sue, and Little Bit. I'm married to Mr. Incredible, my crazy, Scotch-Irish-Canadian-American home-brewing husband.
